When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 16:00 on our working days will be shipped the same day. Please note: orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

What materials do you use?
The materials we use to design our jewelry are DQ metal, 925 sterling silver, gold plated, stainless steel, miyuki, and natural products. Our products are hypoallergenic and of good quality.
